Adjuncts – Dark, Sweet and Sour cherries
2020 was quite a year and one that most of us will be happy to leave behind.
So, we`ve made a very special celebration ale to celebrate the birth of new beginnings in 2021.
Our Flanders red cherry sour has been brewed with a complex malt base that gives it a beautiful deep red colour with a touch of biscuit, corn and a sweet bready flavour.
We`ve then added huge additions of Dark, sweet and sour cherries at the end of fermentation that compliments the malt profile with a deep, tart and sweet cherry flavour with a hint of bitterness.
Big sour and moreish candied cherry aromas waft from the glass before every sip leaving you going back for more as the beer warms up.
It is a very tart and full flavoured Flanders sour however all the elements blend together in harmony for a well balanced yet bold and complex sour ale
